Η VILLA SPILIO είναι ένα πέτρινο σπίτι χτισμένο σε ένα μικρό ακρωτήρι.Από κάθε σημείο του σπιτιού ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να απολαύσει το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Αιγαίου. Διαθέτει μεγάλο κρεβάτι και καναπέ-κρεβάτι και όλες τις απαραίτητες οικιακές συσκευές. Εξωτερικά έχει μεγάλη αυλή, με δέντρα και πολλά λουλούδια.
