A self catering home with a modern style whilst keeping a traditional Highland feel throughout. This space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends to relax and enjoy the Highlands.

Highland Tardis

This is a lovely wee house set in the Highland town of Aviemore. It's great to come back to the log burning stove and something cooking in the slow cooker after a day in the mountains skiing, snowboarding, walking or cycling. On sunnier days, enjoy the decking in the fully enclosed back garden or relax in the conservatory. There is ample free parking on the doorstep. Our 4 bedroom house is just a 15 minute walk from the centre of Aviemore, where shops, restaurants and bars aplenty await you.

The Birdhouse Aviemore peaceful 1 bed with garden

A little over a mile from the busy main street of Aviemore, The Birdhouse is a cosy little home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with free off street parking and front and back garden. Using the local orbital pathway, it is approximately, a 20min walk to the main street. Close to the Speyside Way, The Birdhouse is a great base for all outdoor activities or relaxing in a pretty home in quiet surroundings. The house is a short 10 min walk from the nearest shops with supermarket & takeaway.

Aviemore, Kincraig, Kirkbeag

Kirkbeag, an old church converted to a very high standard, is located on the Aviemore side of Kincraig, nestled in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. It is ideally suited to big family groups. It sits beside the B9152 within walking distance of the village pub & close to Loch Insh Watersports Centre and all the activities available on Alvie Estate. It has a large garden set in forest with direct access to the Speyside Way which provides cycle/walking access to Aviemore (all offroad).

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

Corriegorm Cottage, Aviemore

Bring the family to this great place. The listing is set in a peaceful area in Aviemore; close to High Burnside. The Orbital Path is beside the house and takes you through the forest to the town centre. A patio with BBQ is a perfect place to enjoy the outdoors. Milton Burn flows along the boundary. Indoors you can enjoy the stove set in an open plan living area. Please note I live next door and on hand to help if you need; whilst leaving you in peace to enjoy your trip at the same time.

Complete with it's own private back garden and driveway for 2 cars. A few minutes walk to Dalfaber Country Club and the centre of Aviemore is a short 8 minute stroll along a lovely path into town. Ardullie Farmhouse is situated on Foulis Estate 2min from Foulis Castle close to Evanton which is near the ancient burgh of Dingwall. Ardullie Farmhouse is a completely private sanctuary within a mature garden, no neighbours to be heard of and is situated looking over the Cromarty Firth. You’ll love this place because of the privacy of having your own country retreat within beautifully landscaped gardens. My place is great for groups of friends & family.

The split level house is on 5 levels with lovely light and great views. The house provides flexible family accommodation, as well as fabulous scenery and is close to all local amenities.
