Having a car will make things much easier. Los Angeles has UBER & LYFT!!! Download the App before you arrive! Please expect to wait on average 5 mins for an Uber/Lyft to arrive. PARKING: • Plenty of free street parking right next to the house for any type of vehicle. There is absolutely no parking restrictions, meters, or street cleaning. There's a large shaded balcony with a trio of sky lights that's perfect for watching sunsets or simply admiring the view of the park. The neighborhood is safe, cute and everything is just down the street. New restaurants are popping up constantly, so great cuisine is everywhere! The space is incredibly clean. A special space is yours. A 500 sq. ft. studio has everything plus a tranquil patio - a lovely place to eat, drink or smoke. In a great location for visiting or working in LA. Just off La Brea Ave. with boutiques, cafes, art galleries, exercise studios and markets! It is a 10 min. drive to Museum Row, the Grove, Fairfax Ave. Cedars-Sinai Hospital. Twenty minutes by car you are at the beach, downtown, Universal Studios, Walk of Fame and so much more! Buses on every main corner too.

Organic Garden Oasis

You will stay in a tranquil suite with a private entrance at the rear of our home. There is a shared wall with a secure door with locks on both sides for complete privacy. The 1-bedroom 1-bath suite features a kitchen with air fryer/toaster oven, electric skillet, 2 hot plates, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Sofa full size converts to sleep two. This sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping. We can provide a twin size aero bed as well.
