The Bookseller's House was built in 1912 and has two floors and a basement – with a brand new private geothermal hot tub in the back yard. The house is conveniently located in the heart of town, close to restaurants, shops, cafés, museums and swimming pool. Four bedrooms, three toilets, bathroom with a tub and a shower and also a shower and washing room in the basement (washing machine). A well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, living room, TV, WiFi.
