Sun & Sea Apartment in Vathy,, Sifnos, Cyclades!

The house is 20 meters from the beach. It has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and a TV set. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units. There is a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Once a week the apartments get cleaned and all bed linen and towels are changed.The cleanliness can be varied if requested by the guest Price: depending on length of stay Local amenities: within walking distance there are two tavernas and one mini-markets. Further along the beach there are more tavernas and one pottery . The local bus stop and car park is a short 300m walk away. Vathy itself is a car/motorcycle free zone. The main attraction is a little church built on the beach. There is a walking trail (one of several on the island), which connects Vathy village to Apollonia, the capital of the island, ( a 7 km drive away). Kamares, the main port, is a 15 km drive away. There is a bus service connecting the port in Kamares and Vathy , as well as taxis. Vathy is a peaceful, motor vehicle free seaside location, ideal for a seaside carefree holiday. The ideal period to visit Vathy is from the beginning of May until the end of October. In high season (mid July to the end of August) it is still beautiful, but quite busy.

Στο παιδικό δωμάτιο δεν υπάρχει κλιματισμός επειδή είναι βόρειο κ δεν το βλέπει ο ήλιος... είναι πολυ κοντά στην Παραλια, εχει απεριόριστη θεα στη θάλασσα και στο λιμανι. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα στο λιμάνι , οι κήποι, το περιβόλι, δέντρα ( λεμονιές, κ.α) . μεγάλο μπανιο, άνετη κουζινα. 2 ανετες κρεβατοκάμαρες..

Πρόκειται για ένα σπίτι που χρονολογείται από το 19ο αιώνα έχοντας περάσει στις επόμενες γενιές χωρίς να αλλοιωθεί η ιστορία του. Βρίσκεται λίγα μέτρα από το Λαογραφικό Μουσείο και τρία λεπτά από το πάρκινγκ στο Πλατύ Πηγάδι. The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .
