Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

Great for family fun or a romantic getaway. Incredible view with access to our pool/hot tub area. Watch a beautiful sunrise from the large porch and a sunset from the pool cabana area. This barn is the perfect place for a family get together. It has a full kitchen and multiple outdoor cooking options including two grills (one at pool), outdoor griddle or a large smoker. We can set up the living area to be completely open or with multiple tables and chairs. Get back to nature and relax in peace.

Enjoy the private lighted boat dock, a "jettied private cove", covered back porch with lake and sunset views. This old home has been completely upgraded while keeping the vintage charm like shiplap walls. The Wild Duck Marina is less than a mile away. FYI the lake is low. Our dock is currently a deck, with beautiful sunset views!
