The poperty have been restored with love and care, but also provides all the benefits of modern living. It's located on a hill of the quite village Vinisce.

Come on and relax in our peaceful house with your familly and friends. Everything you need is right there. The house is also ecofriendly with solar panels for electricity and rain water for washing purposes. We also offer to our guests very nice trips to the NP Kornati in a private boat with a skipper so you can enjoy every little thing that our town has to offer. The road to the house is little rough if you don't mind that. Hope you like my little house and enjoy your stay.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway :) Mirna okolina, kućica usred 3500 m2 maslinika. 900 metara do plaže. Blizina planine. Biciklističke staze. 10 minuta vožnje automobilom do plaže Rezalište, 10 minuta vožnje do plaže Grižine, Zablaće, 7 minuta vožnje do centra Šibenika. Turističkom turom brodom u Nacionalni park Kornati. 40 minuta vožnje automobilom do Nacionalnog parka Krka. Unescovi spomenici: tvrđava Svetog Nikole i Katedrala Svetog Jakova.

House is totally renovated in 2019. with a new bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom. House is about 200m2 in two floors it has two separate external staircase floors equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms fully equipped, 2 kitchens inside and 1 mini outdoor, large outdoor fireplace, and Private beach with sun beds and a shower. On the second floor, we renovated all three bedrooms, bathroom, and living room. All doors and windows are replaced.

The object is dominated by original stone walls and wooden beams.The holiday house "KULAK" is located in the small village of Badžimi, far from Sibenik, about 18km. The village is quiet with only about 20 inhabitants who are mostly engaged in agriculture and cattle breeding. This is rarely in Dalmatia where you can still see live sheep or cows.
