Also includes an outdoor shower, outdoor fire pit on the patio, and a large back deck with grill overlooking the backyard.

The Surf Chalet is a one of a kind vacation experience on the coast of Maine. Ideally located between Long Sands, Short Sands and the Nubble Lighthouse. Only a 0.2 mile walk to Long Sands Beach, 0.4 mile walk to Short Sands/shopping. The Surf Chalet sleeps 6. King sized bed, 2 Twin beds and twin/full bunk beds. 1.5 bath with an open living/dining area. Walk to Long Sands Beach - we are 0.4 miles from the beach, about a 7 minute walk. July/August are 7-day Sat to Sat only rentals. IMPORTANT: You must bring your own linens and towels. Cottage is on a charming unpaved road in a quiet neighborhood of small 1950's vintage seasonal cottages. Walking distance to downtown York Beach which has a zoo, restaurants, penny arcade and fun shops. There is a rolling beach cart and two backpack beach chairs available for your use.

Welcome to Here Comes the Sun, an oversized Cape located on a quiet cul de sac just a mile from Cape Neddick Beach and close to all York beaches have to offer. Comfortably sleeps 8 adults. Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room for your group with a large open kitchen and eating areas. Sprawl in one of two living rooms on the first floor. Solid lounging, around a large smokeless firepit in the private backyard is an easy way to end the day.
