A stunning detached studio apartment with access by an external staircase situated at the top end of Lake Conjola. This room is located on the left as you enter the house . Located in peaceful Sussex Inlet in an art filled house only minutes away from the main surf beach. Your host is a wonderful chef and a prepared breakfast is included in the price. Breakfast is served between 8:30 am - 10:00 am . Please let us know what time suits you for breakfast or if you don't require breakfast. Boat ramp is 350 m away and nature surrounds.

Our country style home is situated within an easy 8 minute walk to Berry village ,close to the train station and a 5 minute drive to the beach. Your private accommodation on the ground floor at the rear of our home provides the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Berry township offers great cafes, restaurants, wineries and abundant shopping opportunities and is surrounded by beautiful countryside.
