Welcome to our 1-bedroom, pet friendly cottage on the river in Waterville, Ohio! There is a queen bed as well as a large "L" shaped sofa that sleeps 2 comfortably. It abuts a 12-mile-long nature trail that winds along the river for hiking & biking. We have 12 cottages & a VW Bus campsite so let us know if you need additional accommodations for friends or family. Free use of kayaks and canoes to explore the beautiful islands. Your experience will begin as you enter the grand entrance to The Armory and make your way upstairs into the Drill room & then up a second flight of stairs to the loft. Once in the Commander's Suite, you will find yourself in an exquisite bedroom suite that mirrors a Chip and Joanna restoration. The Lockly House

The Lockly house is a newly renovated and fully furnished three bedroom house. Furnished with family in mind, enjoy wi-fi, 3 smart tvs, fully stocked kitchen, hardwood floors throughout and washer and dryer available in house. One bedroom on the main floor, two bedrooms on the second floor. The third bedroom is furnished as a media room for an extra living space to spread out. Can accommodate up to 8 guests. The Lockly house was built in 1910. Within 30 minutes of Fort Wayne, IN and Lima, OH.

We provide cozy sitting areas to relax, reflect,and enjoy Sabin and Patch the resident horses. Located in a rural riverside village that offers a unique ice cream shop providing a variety of specialty foods, and a wine shop with food and jazz. Both are within walking distance.

This home is one of two sides in a 100 year old duplex. The comfortable, vintage space has been modernized and sits right downtown--centrally located in Defiance. The town's beloved cafes, boutiques, and restaurants are walkable. Just a couple of blocks away there is the library, a tranquil bike trail, walking and running trail, and river. We provide two kayaks and paddles to add an adventure to your enjoyable stay. There are also games and puzzles for your group to make memories together!

The Granary

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. No parties or events per AirBNB policy. **IMPORTANT: 1 queen size bed on the first floor The other beds are open lofts visible to each other and accessible by very STEEP stairs.

Full bath, kitchen, and laundry room are fully stocked for your comfort and enjoyment. Huyck Lake is a quiet, no wake lake. This house is perfect for a small to medium sized family or a romantic getaway. Master bedroom and guest bedroom have mounted TV’s. Family friendly. No to the following: pets, smoking, parties.
