Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly built open concept home features stunning lake views from the house with a charming lake access lot where you can launch provided kayak or simply sit and enjoy the lake view. We have 2 adult size electric bikes for your enjoyment. Optional 90 minute sunset pontoon cruise. Enjoy the view with an evening fire around the firepit or in the outdoor fireplace on the lanai. With parking for 5 vehicles, and only 1 mile to the nearest Publix and restaurants. You will feel like you’re a world away—although only a few minutes to many conveniences!
