The Barn - Downstairs is a 600 square foot efficiency apartment with a comfortable king size bed, a kitchenette, a den area with a queen size sofa sleeper, a bathroom with a shower and a 55” TV that swivels. Amenities include a patio, a charcoal grill, a fire pit, a pond for fishing, and a nature trail.

This brand new house features white porcelain floors and white quartz countertops that create a modern, clean and fresh atmosphere. It's very bright and can accommodate six guests across three bedrooms, each with three queen-sized beds and luxury vinyl floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized appliances, a laundry room with washer and dryer and 2 car enclosed garage and driveway where you can park two other cars out the street. Guests have access to the entire house.
