I rent my home only when I travel. I am an expat artist/photographer living in Hong Kong since 2011. My apartment is huge (800 sq feet ) for HK standards, surely a rare find for a space this big in Hong Kong. Has 4 rooms but one room is locked and reserved for my belongings . If you want to experience true Hong Kong style local living, this can be the place for you. It is a very safe and comfortable flat with lots of light in every room. There is also a shared rooftop on the 10th floor

6 rooms(four bedrooms, one study room and one helper’s room) in this 1600 sq. feet apartment. Two bedrooms are open for hosting and the other rooms are for private use. Guests will stay with my mom and helper in the apartment while occasionally bump into my other family members at night when we come for dinners. One private and one shared bathrooms for guests use. High floor and very quiet. luxurious building. A studio, 330ft with 2 balconies. Shopping centre is located right downstairs and surrounded by a big park right in front. lots of great food centre nearby and also many restaurants downstairs. 6mins from Olympic station and 8mins from Mongkok station.
