You are welcome to use the grill outside also. Washer & dryer is located in the basement for guests use. Please be aware that the house is located in front of our work garage. Some Noise will be heard throughout the day. there is an office in the basement that will be used. no smoking in the house or pets permitted

It is a 200 year old 2 story house living room, dining room, kitchen, bath first floor, 2nd floor 3 bedrooms. Back porch off the 1st floor looks down over the hill. Quiet area with wildlife from rabbits, coyotes, and deer. Is a good place just to unwind. Lots of parking. You will have access to 110 acres if you like to walk around. We are very pet friendly. There are a few Great Pyrenees dogs who patrol the area to keep coyotes and other animals away from the houses. Not handicap accessible.
