Located at the end of a narrow track, it is surrounded by woodland, fields and two streams. Old Spout Barn has been renovated into a luxury two bedroomed Holiday Cottage with a multi fuel burner, picture window to capture the breath-taking views of the Howgill Fells and a bespoke well equipped kitchen. The living area is open plan with T.V. & Wi-Fi throughout. There is a twin bedroom downstairs. Upstairs there is the Master bedroom and Bathroom with a shower and separate bath. The barn has private off-road parking for two vehicles and a Patio for you to enjoy the stunning views.

We are dog friendly. Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, u/f heating, log burner, super-fast internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a complimentary podPoint 7kw EV charger. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. Seating areas encourage you to enjoy the tranquility. A shed for bike storage & parking for two cars. Inside natural light is celebrated with a light decor and glass doors. Downstairs is tiled throughout, ideal if you arrive a bit damp and great if you're bringing a dog! Well equipped kitchen and a piano!
