Seaton wetlands can be easily accessed on foot in minutes. Seaton town centre and beach are approx. 1 mile away, along with Seaton Tramway where you can enjoy a ride along the Axe estuary. The shingle beach with promenade is a mile long, easy access to the Southwest coast path. Pets are welcome for a fee.

It has a unique position right on the beach on a raised elevation, throw open the balcony doors and you are looking out onto the ever changing sea and stunning coastline which is a World Heritage site and area of outstanding natural beauty. Garden Holme is a shepherd's hut with your comfort in mind: set on its own raised south facing plot in a partially walled garden with private gate, patio and small sheltered grassed area looking out across Lyme Bay. Inside there is hot and cold water, electricity and a log burning fire. The en-suite bathroom offers a shower, plumbed toilet and wash basin. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is ample parking space and a patio set so you can enjoy the splendid view and the sound of the sea!

Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.

This beautifully presented property has outstanding views of the sea and the Axe valley and is perfect for a holiday base to visit Seaton, Beer and the surrounding area. The annexe is adjoined to the owners' main property, and is totally self contained. It is situated on a private road on the west side of Seaton just off the South West coast path.
