Rosemary's is a hidden gem, peaceful courtyard setting close to beach Its perfect central location only minuets from the shops, restaurants & the beach makes this property a superb family getaway. The property benefits from 3 bedrooms, family bathroom, ensuite bathroom to master bedroom and downstairs cloakroom. The property has a very spacious kitchen and lounge\dining areas, with a safe small enclosed courtyard garden for outside dinning. The property has parking within the courtyard area.

No more than 2 Please note- we can sleep 6, but the cottage probably best suits either 4 people or 4 adults and 2 children 4 Home Farm South is a pretty 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage located on the private Rousdon Estate near Lyme Regis. There are wonderful woodland walks and access to the Southwest Coast Path and a ‘Secret’ private beach! The ground floor is open plan with double doors opening onto a walled and gated south facing patio and lawn with table, chairs and parasol.

The Old Bakehouse Cottage is set in the heart of historic Colyton, known as Devon’s most rebellious town! This gorgeous holiday home is perfect for families as well as friends seeking a peaceful country break. Dogs are welcome too. The cottage features a large and stylish open living space upstairs, with balcony, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. There is parking for one car in the courtyard. Colyton is a short drive to some of the best beaches on the famous Jurassic Coast.

Downstairs is a large double bedroom, on-suite shower room, and built-in washing machine. A sunny area outside for relaxing with coffee or wine. 5 minutes drive to the beach and cliffs at Seaton, 10 minutes to the fishing village of Beer, 10 minutes to Sidmouth, and to Lyme Regis. Close to pubs and restaurants.

It is a tranquil & heavenly escape from the bustle of daily life.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Garden Holme

Garden Holme is a shepherd's hut with your comfort in mind: set on its own raised south facing plot in a partially walled garden with private gate, patio and small sheltered grassed area looking out across Lyme Bay. Inside there is hot and cold water, electricity and a log burning fire. The en-suite bathroom offers a shower, plumbed toilet and wash basin. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is ample parking space and a patio set so you can enjoy the splendid view and the sound of the sea!

Beer cottage private parking, 2 min walk to beach.

This cottage is right in the heart of Beer. You step out the front door and it’s a two minute walk past the shops, cafes and galleries to the beautiful horse shoe shaped bay. The pebbled beach has three cafes overlooking the water, perfect for a cup of tea or full English while watching the fishing boats landing their catch. Beer has a lovely selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. There are plenty of coastal path or countryside walks. Branscombe, Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are nearby.

Beer Head Caravan Park - Sleeps 4 (C14)

A comfortable newly sited Swift static caravan with amazing views in a quiet fishing village on the Jurassic Coast. Walks across the cliffs towards Branscombe and the other way to Seaton as well as close to local attractions such as Dartmoor and. Exmoor. A good selection of pubs and eateries in the village as well as in the surrounding villages and towns all just a short drive away. Please be aware there is a fairly long steep hill from the village/beach up to the caravan park.

This lovely spacious cottage is adjacent to the owner's house, set in 3 acres of gardens and beautiful countryside in the heart of the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It's a great base for walking, cycling, touring, shopping, eating and drinking ...and curling up in front of the log fire. Sidbury village is a 20 min walk away. And Sidmouth, on the Jurassic Coast, is just a 4 mile drive. A few days at Filcombe will leave you relaxed, refreshed and keen to come back!
