The building located on 1140 Franklin Ave is a lovely home built in 1900 by ship builder Ferdinand Fisher and was established as a bed and breakfast in May of 1986. Astoria is such a historic town and every building has incredible architecture, history and a story. Every restoration seems to respect the era of the original structure and this reflects the beliefs of the town and its people and their commitment to Astoria’s history. I am in love with this town and hope you will too.

The offered rooms are Inn at the Prom NON-VIEW one bedroom suites only. We have 5 rooms & 1 of the rooms can be booked based on availability. This inn offers contemporary suites with a jetted bath, sofa sleeper (full), dining table & full kitchen, & basic kitchen utensils. Free Wi-Fi, a TV, small table with 2 chairs, & a fireplace. Pet friendly. There is a $35 pet fee per pet, per night (this will be charged separately at the hotel). Guests must be 21 years + to book.

The Deluxe King Suite is a spacious room with a wall of windows and a full sitting area - including a full couch. The room includes a mini-fridge, a walnut dry bar, free wifi, and access to a communal kitchen located down the hall. It has its own private bathroom with shower. While we allow pets in some rooms, this suite is not pet friendly.
