The upstairs unit enters at the front of the building. The description says 'entire place' but that means entire first floor, totally private. Newly renovated space with all new furniture and kitchen appliances. Decorated in a modern farmhouse style with touches of m odern and all original abstract expressionism art by owner. The entire floor is available for you only. Also, we have a Guesthouse upstairs with a door that connects. Of course, you control the lock on your side of the door! Across the street is the Kerrytown Market and Shops, while the Ann Arbor Farmers Market is just a stone's throw away. A private space is provided for parking but there is a bus line a block away as well. Street parking and parking lots within the block. We have provided ear plugs in case you are a light sleeper. Remember you are in downtown Ann Arbor and street noise is common although it does quieten down as the night progresses as most everything is closed on the street except for a bar three doors down.

Welcome to our treetop dwelling. This little building was once a mason’s shop, then a cabinet maker's. Beautifully remodeled with radiant heated floors, a modern kitchen and objectively the best view in town. Perched on a bluff overlooking the Huron river and the Ann Arbor cityscape beyond, it feels removed but that’s the beauty of it: it’s a 5 minute walk to Kerrytown and the farmers market, 10 min to downtown, 5-min Uber to the big house. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
