This modern cottage was designed for a large family or for two families to share. 3 bedroom, 2 bath including a bunk room for the kids and a mudroom with built in kennels and a dog bath. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

The Beach House One minute walk to beach!

This charming timber-frame beach house offers a cozy, escape just a 1-minute walk to lake and sandy beach. It features a quaint living area, two loft-style bedrooms accessed by ship’s ladders, a full bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette—perfect for relaxed, easy stays. Step outside and you’re right beside a beautiful 10-acre provincial park, boardwalk, dog-friendly beach, tennis courts, playground, and open green space. The Hobbit House (Hot Tub)

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.

Retro Retreat

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retro retreat. located 5 minutes away from balsam harbor, this little cottage is equipped with everything you could need for a family getaway. Enjoy a nice BBQ outdoors, a walk to the nearby park, or gather around the campfire for some roasted marshmallows. Head inside and enjoy one of our many board games, or play a round of carpet ball in the sun room before curling up and watching a movie. We hope you enjoy!

This off-grid 4 season glamping dome cabin is located on a beautiful 20 acre property at a 10 min drive from the shores of Lake Winnipeg and 5 mins away from Gull Lake. Enjoy walking on our forest trails, have a soak in our wood-fired hot tub or go explore the countless hiking trails nearby. Located just off a groomed snowmobile trail, this is a perfect home base for snowmobilers, ice fishermen and cross-country skiers in the winter time.

Escape the city lights and enjoy the beauty of lake life! This cozy one bedroom offers a getaway for friends or significant others to enjoy the starry sky on the pristine waters of Gull Lake. Located just 45 minutes from Winnipeg, enjoy bonfires, canoe rides and paddleboards with the lake being a 30 second walk down the property. The beach offers a large area that is shared with other renters out here at Base Camp.
