The house is about 15 steps from beach. This property is situated by the seaside road of Toroni right across the beach. There is 1 parking spot available in the front part of the house,next comes the road and then the beach. This is a privately owned ground floor apartment (in a two-floor building) with a private entrance. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen equipped with some cookware, a big table as well as a living room which can be used as a 3rd bedroom since it has a sliding door.

Είμαστε η Έφη και η Νατάσα. Οι γονείς μας, Ελευθέριος και Μαρία, (από όπου προέρχεται και το όνομα EleMar ), αγάπησαν βαθιά αυτό το μέρος . Μια αγάπη που κατάφεραν να την μεταδώσουν και σε εμάς. Ετσι δημιουργήσαμε το ΕleMar Home με σεβασμό στο περιβάλλον και την ελάχιστη όπως θα διαπιστώσετε ανθρώπινη παρέμβαση. Μπορείς να απολαύσεις το ρόφημα ή το γεύμα σου κάτω από τη σκιά των δέντρων, παρέα με το κελάηδισμα των πουλιών. Η τοποθεσία συνδυάζει βουνό, θάλασσα και πολύ πράσινο.

Spacious apartment with many amenities with approximately 80sqm on 2 levels with an internal staircase. 2 separate bedrooms bathroom living room kitchen on the first floor and living room with sitting area with TV and skylight on the second floor as well as the second bedroom. 100 meters from the sea. 3 minutes from the super market and 5 minutes from the bakery.

Apartment does not have an aircon but, stone thick walls are much better ! Kitchen is fully equipped, and also there is a barbecue area outside.
