See pictures for bed dimensions. Handicap accessible, Desk area, Wifi, NO landline, good verizon signal,Roku tv, Heat & AC. Pets allowed. Owner lives above garage. Dogs live on property. Hens and roosters, are housed near the cabin, they can make noise day and night. Large front porch. Bring your slippers. :-)

This centrally-located house has the best of both worlds— you can stay busy with a walk to the shops and restaurants on Broadway (12 min walk), stroll over to the art district on Beekman (8 min walk), take a short drive or bike ride to the State Park/SPAC (6 min) or enjoy the vibrancy of the Saratoga Race Track (7 min drive). When you need a quiet place to relax, you can return home to sit on the patio while your children play in the yard or cozy up on the couch to watch a movie on the 65” TV.

This 1200 sq ft cabin is on 20 acres of land in Ballston Lake, NY. Start your morning off with coffee on the porch listening to nature and seeing the horses in the pasture. We offer a grill (Propane is provided) and an outdoor fireplace to make s’mores (some firewood is provided) Your peaceful vacation is waiting for you and your family. If you have any special requests we will try to accommodate you. We have many memories here we please ask that you treat this home as if it was your own.

Modern Rustic Adirondack A-frame

Come stay in the foothills of the Adirondacks. Our Rustic yet Modern cabin has a touch of whimsy because why should you be serious on vacation?!? The cabin sleeps 3 with a queen bed in the loft and futon in the living room room. We have an outdoor fire pit and a wood-burning stove inside. There is access to the lake from the property only a short walk away. We’re located close to Lake George, Saratoga, Glens Falls, and more. The cabin makes a great homebase for exploring the Adirondacks.

We are a newly renovated 380 sq foot tiny home located near all the Adirondack’s has to offer. 🦉 Enjoy all modern amenities while embracing days full of nearby nature and exploring. Plenty of hiking, activities, and restaurants within a 10-30 minute drive. Come back after a long day to watch movies, grill dinner, and enjoy time in our large private backyard or screened in porch. *NOTE. Cottage in the Woods built with our own hands!

Our sweet little 520 square ft. cottage has one open loft bedroom and is perfect for one person or a couple. It is located about 1.5 miles from the track and within walking distance to downtown Saratoga Springs. It is next to Skidmore woods with hiking trails and easy access to the campus. It is a perfect place if you are looking for quiet and rest located at the end of a dead-end road and is also right next to our house so we are always available. A perfect little getaway.

Have fun at this stylish setting. There is one bedroom, a large bathroom with tub, living room and kitchenette. Included is a futon which accommodates 2 smaller children or one adult. There is also a small private flagstone patio for nature lovers. It is located only 5 minutes from broadway, 8 minutes from SPAC and 10 minutes to Saratoga Racetrack. Lake George is a brief 30 minute drive. Unique to this location is a horse farm on the opposite side of the street.

Cool country home, Linda’s Studio

Linda’s Studio is the lower level, with a private entrance (I live upstairs). The studio is spacious and open. The living room has a sofa and chair and television. There’s a dining area, and a place just to have coffee. The bedroom is large, and has a nice double bed. Plenty of space for your luggage. The bathroom is spacious, with an antique tub and shower, heat lamp, and sink. Toiletries available for your use.
