VALLS 6, located on a 19th century building, is a NEWLY 2023 restored and fully equipped apartment, maintaining original floor mosaic tiles (modernism style), original ceilings and facade. 70 m2 apartment space + 10 m2 terrace. 2 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms (with showers). Internet Wi-Fi. Private terrace and balcony. Towels and bed linings provided for all guests. The apartment is on a 3rd floor. Touristic/city tax INCLUDED in price. MINORS (under 21), are NOT allowed. Smoking is totally forbidden in the whole apartment (fines may be applied if not respected), except in the back balcony. Towels are only for apartment use, NOT to take to the beach.
