Meditative Stay In Town & Quiet. Kitchen Hot Water

Come relax at this Mediative Stay. You'll be close to town and out of the chaos. The house has HOT water & full water pressure. We are a 3 min walk to the center of town & to the beach. It's significantly quieter here so you'll get a great night of sleep on a Serta Mattress (not a foam bed). We have a private pool that's just for our guests. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make yourself a nutritious meal. We have stainless steel cookware here (not aluminum).

Melting Elefante, South King Room

Melting Elefante is an organically designed living space located on Guasacate Beach, next to the famous Popoyo Surf Break. The building is a flowing, natural space unlike any other. Enjoy this spacious king room with its private bath and perfect view. A/c included. Turtle room is located on the ground floor of the Melting Elefante. It has work desk, Wifi and a great view of the ocean. This room is great for digital nomads or the budget minded traveler/s that enjoy their privacy.

Waves & Dreams is located in the most rapidly growing area on the Nicaraguan Emerald Coast - Playa Popoyo. Wooden bungalow nested in our tropical garden 5 mn walking to playa Jiquilite and the famous Santana wave. Our bungalow in equipped with two single beds and mosquito net, fan, safe, private bathroom with hot shower and private terrace. You'll have access to our pool and outside lounge as well as our shared fully equipped outdoor kitchen. If you are lucky you'll probably meet one of our neighbors, wild howler monkeys living in the area.
