The apartment is located in the heart of downtown, close to city hall, and just in front of Porto Main Metro Station Trindade. All main attractions are within walking distance. Travelling to and from the airport is straight and fast by metro. If you travel by car there is easy parking on the street and a parkin Lot available just in front of the apartment (with affordable prices).

The house is located 19km from Porto and 28km from the airport. It emerges on a hill in front of one of the most beautiful bends on the Douro river. You can enjoy not only the house, but also the terrace overlooking the river, the lush gardens around it, the pool area and also 2 barbecue areas. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 6 people. If you want to explore the property, there are also areas where we grow crops or fruit trees, do not hesitate to help yourself to some fresh fruits!

A Casa das Santiagas está localizada no concelho de Arouca, no distrito de Aveiro, numa zona calma e tranquila, longe da confusão dos grandes centros. Fica a 35 minutos da cidade do Porto, sendo que a maioria do trajeto é feito por autoestrada, e tem estacionamento gratuito. Nos meses de Julho e Agosto a estadia mínima é de 7 dias, reservável de sábado a sábado. É uma boa opção para férias em família ou com amigos e os animais de estimação também são bem-vindos.
