(About 30 minutes to each) Sweet private space for 1-2 guests with a luxurious king bed, equipped kitchenette with counter seating, hot tub under the oak trees, outdoor deck for evening sips surrounded by mossy boulders and a star studded sky. Located a ten minute drive from downtown and less to several beaches, UCSB, and the airport. NOTE: The Cottage is TINY and simply appointed. Perfect for a solo traveler or cozy couple with a double (not queen) bed, mini kitchen and living room. Access requires climbing stone steps pictured.

See what our guests have to say.... ***Between the amazing sunrise, the friendly family (dog and owners!), and the wonderfully comfortable decor, this little studio is the perfect "home base" for a weekend in the area. So enjoyed being out of town, but so close to everything! Our only regret is we did not have longer to stay. ***What a wonderful studio that offers beautiful views of the mountains.

Wine Country living at its best! We enjoy our wine country life and would like to share it with you. Our two-bedroom, two-bath cottage has our CCOF certified organic Syrah vines as a backyard and its own private bocce ball court. Enjoy the setting of our vineyard right out the french doors or from the upstairs deck. A short stroll or ride on our complimentary bikes will take you to the heart of the historic charming town of Los Olivos.

BEST LOCATION and private! In the heart of the lower village of Montecito you have a stylish separate cottage with private gated parking with a separate entrance. Walk everywhere! Play bocce or walk and shop at the Montecito Country Mart for dinner and ice cream. There is a private patio to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Butterfly Beach is a 10-minute walk away. New bed, spacious bathroom, AC and heat, large TV and updates.

Feel at home the minute you arrive. Located off street in one of the most desirable Santa Barbara neighborhoods on "the Mesa". Just minutes from the steps down to the beach and Shoreline Park overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Santa Cruz Island. Shopping and dining within walking distance. Take off your shoes, relax, enjoy the stars. The sunny, private and spacious patio is perfect for relaxing, barbecuing and Al fresco dining.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful place. Small cabana with a private deck and hot tub. This place is perfect for guests that just want to get away for a day or two. Soak in the hot tub and gaze at the night sky. The cabana is small but has everything you need. Comfortable, queen sized bed, full bathroom, WiFi. Please note, there is no TV. We do have a dog but he is on the other side of the fence.
