Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt. Här finns egen uteplats på en avskild innergård mitt i den livfulla stadsdelen Linné där ni har stadens bästa restauranger precis runt hörnet. Området har stort kulturutbud och mycket bra kommunikationer med spårvagnsknutpunkt inom 300 m och 15 min promenad till centrum eller Slottskogen. Lägenheten är nyproducerad och har alla bekvämligheter man kan vänta sig som fullt utrustat kök, tvätt-och tork, dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa (båda 160cm).

This unique guest house is situated in central Gothenburg with a fantastic view of the harbour. Enjoy the view from the sun-kissed patio or (optionally) enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub watching the sunset. There are several cafés, restaurants and a great supermarket an easy walk from the house. You can reach the city centre by bus (10 min), car (4 min) or by tram (10 min departing 800m away). Free parking. No kitchen but coffee machine, kettle, fridge etc.

We have a small dog at home and though we are very thorough with the cleaning, take that into consideration if you have allergies.

It offers all the amenities you would need for a very pleasent stay. It is completely separate from the house in which we live. It has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, shower area and a toilette.
