Home From Home The lounge has a large corner sofa, colour smart TV, DVD player, Amazon Prime, Netflix, Disney+ and Paramount TV. The kitchen is fully equipped. The kitchen also comes with a microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle and fridge with freezer box. Master bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe. The other two bedrooms have twin beds that can be made in to a doubles and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a second separate toilet and wash basin.

Our flat is perfect for visiting East Devon. It’s located on a quiet road close to the South West Coast Path, golf course and walking distance to Budleigh Salterton. Modern and spacious it has a bedroom and en-suite downstairs. The open plan kitchen/living area is upstairs. It has fibre broadband, with Disney+The kitchen is well-equipped. It has plenty of room for parking. The entire space is for the sole use of guests. We live next door, happy to help with any advice on the local area.

The town centre is a mile away with plenty of shops and restaurants and Exmouth offers a wide variety of activities, such as kitesurfing, sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding , hikings, mountain biking and rowing, endless hours of fun.

Our home from home is located on Havens flag ship site in Devon cliffs. On the decking area we have rattan furniture to enjoy a glass of wine or 2 on those beautiful sunny evenings. The holiday home is located on a very quiet area of the site and a 2 minute walk to a blue flag beach which is manned by lifeguards during high season. You can walk the cliffs tops into Exmouth which have beautiful panoramic sea views or take a stroll along the beach (tide depending). 48 Beech Walk

Located in picturesque Littleham Village, minutes away from Exmouth Beach, this spacious 2 double bedroom,well appointed house offers a secure garden for outdoor dining and a private parking space. The Jurassic coastal walks are stunning and easily accessible from the front door. The surrounding area offers many activities such as golf, water sports, spa treatments, swimming and the town has a good selection of bars, restaurants, pubs and a large M & S food hall.
