Welcome to a charmingly renovated cosy old house near Szeged. Enjoy the spacious garden for grill gatherings or relaxing summer nights. Newly renovated apartment is in a more than 100 years old building in the downtown of Szeged, 500 m from Dom square. There are only 5 stairs and you reach the flat, which is bright, quite, and perfect place for relax. Across the street you can find coffeeshop and a small restaurant of pizza, hamburger. Hospital buildings are close. You can park on the street or you can choose a private parking opportunety for 1 car in a closed inner courtyard for 1000 Ft (3EUR) per night.

Naša vikendica se nalazi u mirnom naselju blizu specijalnog rezervata prirode Ludaško jezero. Ima prostrano dvorište (2000 m²), opremljenu kuhinju i kupatilo, Wi-Fi, grejanje, pribor za kuvanje i higijenu. Tu su i zidani roštilj, letnjikovac i terasa, kao i ograđeni parking. U blizini su Palić, Akvapark Palić i Zoološki vrt Palić. Idealna je za odmor u prirodi, opuštanje i uživanje u blizini turističkih atrakcija.
