The house can be rented entirely as a single property for a special event or each flat can be rented separately. The design respected some of the ancient walls of the original historic dwelling, exquisitely combining modern and the old design aspects. Each Casita is fully furnished and equipped. There is a large, shared outer space with a beautiful desert-like landscape, covered with exotic regional plants, as are agaves and succulents. Villas Huertas also offers free, inner parking space (1 per guest), this is a plus in San Miguel given the limited street parking! CASITA TRES features air conditioning for your comfort. The property includes: 1 bedroom with a queen bed 1 full bathroom Living room Kitchen Dining room A comfortable and functional space, ideal for a relaxing stay. PET RULES: Only one pet is allowed per casita. No additional pets are permitted under any circumstances. Pets must be small (maximum 15 kg). The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Pets must be kept on a leash in common areas (if other pets are present). Do not use kitchen utensils to feed pets. Any damage caused by the pet must be covered by its owner.
