It features it's own private deck to enjoy the river view, complete with table, two chairs, a loveseat and a propane grill. The River Barn shares parking and river access with Cypress House. This vintage pink gem gleams from the heart of downtown San Marcos and is walking distance to a river swim, beautiful parks, Texas university and the downtown square. H‑E‑B, pizza, coffee shops and bars are in the same block so go explore! I own and run a vintage shop and design studio downstairs but haven't opened yet so you will have the place to yourself and the upstairs is completely yours to enjoy! Scooters are easy to rent across the street and free parking is on premises.
