Great for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Has table and chairs. Most of the time we are around the property. We are always open to sharing a glass of wine but also want to be courteous and respect your privacy and will never intrude on your stay. If needing laundry service or suggestions of wineries or restaurants we are here to help. Watch local wildlife including deer, wild turkeys, quail, foxes, and squirrels. Despite its beautiful countryside setting in the west hills of Atascadero, the suite is conveniently located close to downtown, wineries, and the coast. Uber is a great way to get around. There are many local winery and brewery tours available by local providers. There are two outdoor cats that wander the 3 acre property. In respect to other guest who might have allergies please don't let them in the suite. They are friendly and like attention. There is a bench by the suite entrance that they like to sit on and say hello. We have one indoor cat and one indoor dog in the main house. Note the suite is disconnected from the main house. Occasionally they wander the deck when having a glass of wine. They are super friendly and sweet. Location: Our suite is centrally located between the coast and the North County wineries. Located off the 41, across the street from Atascadero Zoo and also right off highway 101. Additionally, there are many great restaurants, movies, parks and coffee shops near to enjoy. It is a short distance to the beautiful central coast line where you can enjoy kayaking, boating and shopping. Cal Poly is a 15 minute drive.

Nestled in a tree filled oasis on .75 acres, just a 5 minute walk from the historical Village of Arroyo Grande. Our property is the perfect get away from the bustle of life and into nature without being too far away from everything the central coast has to offer. Our bright, cheery, one bedroom guest quarters is the perfect place to rest while you enjoy all of the great things to do on the central coast. Minutes from shopping, restaurants, wine tasting, beautiful beaches and hiking trails.

The Hill on Prancing Deer

Our studio guest suite sits atop a hill in rural Paso Robles on 2 acres & very close to Hwy 46 EAST best wineries. 15 min west gets you downtown for fabulous restaurants, wine tasting & the Paso Downtown square. Close to Sensorio light show & Vina Robles amphitheater. Just 45 minutes from beaches (Cambria, Cayucos, Morro Bay, & San Simeon (home of Hearst Castle). Come see the giant elephant seals on the shore near San Simeon or the sea otters in Morro Bay. FYI - WE ARE NOT IN TOWN.

Welcome to the charming hidden town of Santa Margarita. It's a beautiful 10 minute drive to downtown SLO and 20 min to Paso Robles or any of our beaches. Its a bit like Mayberry where kids can play in the streets. There is not one stop light in our little town and it is as safe as can be. The home has a large open living space and private fenced back yard for your pups. The large front yard is beautifully landscaped and has a fire pit to enjoy the beautiful evenings.

Peaceful Suite by the Bay

Unwind in our peaceful private suite on a quiet acre by the bay. Enjoy ocean sounds, eucalyptus trees, birdlife, and bay views from your suite, covered deck, and giant fenced front yard. Easy walk down to the bay for walking trails/kayaking/paddleboarding. Just 5 minutes from Montana de Oro state park epic beaches and hiking/biking trails. The above garage guest suite affords privacy and peace. With its own living space, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom this 400 sq ft space with a deck, semi-private entrance and dedicated garage space is perfect for your visit to wine country. This listing hosts humans only. Please no pets, please don't ask. We also ask that you do not bring small children, the suite is not suited to host little ones and the max occupancy is two persons, 10 or older.
