Our home is close to many local favorite hiking, biking, kayaking, surfing, and paddle boarding locations such as Montana de Oro and Morro Bay. The outdoor patio is the perfect setting for a family bbq with a lawn for your pets to play. A short distance away is delicious cuisine, coffee shops, golfing, and local art studios.

This is a brand new 1 bedroom house attached to the back of the main house but with a completely separate entrance and is a fully separate unit, think duplex. It is located less than a mile from Cal Poly campus, less than 2 miles from downtown SLO, and is a short drive to local beaches. The deck is tucked next to a beautiful oak tree and is very private setting. Bishops Peak mountain is less than a mile away for a great hike and it also blocks a lot of wind for a warmer experience in SLO.

Whether you choose to relax in my comfortably furnished studio or enjoy the private outdoor patio, my home will provide a serene retreat. From the house, it is a ten minute walk to downtown. At SLO Paradise you are in the hub of everything! Walking distance to downtown where you can find the famous farmers market, Woodstocks, Firestone, and one block from Sally Loo’s. You are also ~1 mile from Cal Poly Campus and a 10 minute drive to the beach. We are animal-friendly and charge a pet fee for cleaning. There is a large front yard fenced in for dogs to run around or your friends and family to relax, BBQ, and play corn hole. Our newest addition is a 7 person Hot Tub!
