The space is well appointed with a 75" 4K TV in the livingroom and both bedrooms are heated and cooled by dedicated mini-split Air Conditioners. You will enjoy the large private gated patios. The 170 freeway is under a mile away, making it easy to get around L.A., but not so close as to create any noise issues. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, & there’s driveway parking.
