Rosie's Studio

Rosie's Studio is a very special place decorated with original paintings by the late Salt Spring Island artist - Rosemaria Behncke. This large, unique cottage/studio is situated on a 25 acre farm in the peaceful south end of beautiful Saltspring Island, close to parks, beaches, Fulford Shops and the Ferry Terminal. Relax in this quiet pastoral setting and enjoy the sweep of the ocean out to volcanic Mount Baker. We welcome families with children and pets. Update: Emily the duck has passed.

Cobble Hill Cedar Hut

With your own detached bathroom and kitchen about 30m from the Cedar Hut, this can be your cozy, heated one room glamping experience. A private spot on our little farm. We are settled on 9.5 acres which you are Welcome to roam. Farm dogs Klaus (Bernese/Aussie) and Pinkie (Dachsi) are friendly and keep busy with roaming the property. Our horses are your neighbors and you will most likely find us in the garden. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of your getaway to relax. Two bicycles provided.

Please note: most roads on Salt Spring are narrow and winding , our property is approx . 600 feet above sea level ( reason for views) road can be walked or biked but steep in some places . This well-appointed suite has a cozy living room with wood burning stove, kitchenette, separate bedroom with queen-sized bed and a bathroom with a luxurious claw foot tub and shower. The suite has its own entrance, an outdoor seating area within a private, fenced garden full of fruit trees, perennials and hummingbirds. exclusive use include a washer/dryer. Wifi /parking are included. Not suitable for children/people with mobility issues.

This luxurious oceanfront yurt is hidden in an ancient cedar grove providing privacy and an amazing backdrop to its unprecedented ocean front setting. Sat on a bluff by St Mary's Lake and protected by cedar trees, this calm and cozy cottage is the ideal getaway for couples and families seeking rest, relaxation and adventure in the serene setting of Salt Spring's North End. Guests have the benefit of a large deck and private drive off a peaceful residential road within short walking distance (0.5km) of the lake and a short drive from Ganges town centre, Fernwood Beach with pier & cafe and Mount Erskine Provincial Park.

Please note that there is wi-fi at the cabin but no cell reception on the property, and many guests have mentioned that they’ve enjoyed the chance to unplug and connect with nature.
