The house has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6)and a outside room with bathroom (the flatlet is separate from the house) and can accommodate 4 guests. Maximum 10 guests. The house is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, linen and towels. Please bring own beach towels. Braai area and grid available. Perfect getaway for travelers, families, windsurfers, kitesurfers and boating on the lagoon.

Perfect location RIGHT on the beach. A very rare find in for this area and at this price! Enjoy this lovely, 2bed 2 bath beachfront apartment for a short trip, or an extended holiday. Kept immaculately clean and tidy. It has 2 beds, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, small patio with gas Weber braai, Smart TV (Netflix) and Fibre Wifi. But for that, the unit is basic, just the way we like for a family oriented, beach getaway. All you need to do is arrive, and relax.

Langebaan Garden Cottage is a two room cottage with an ensuite. You can relax on the patio with a glass of wine while the fire in the braai is burning. The cottage have a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove, a microwave, kettle and a coffee maker. You may make use of the swimming pool with a bench in it where your dreams will get wings. You have a beautiful backyard which you must share with the owners. The neighbourhood is quiet and the beach is walking distance.

The location is incredible, luxurious and right in front of the wave. The property has everything necessary for a comfortable stay for 2 people, fully self-catering with lounce/TV room. Wow! Private Wood fire hot tub with a breathtaking sea view. Schwinn Cruiser bicycles to explore the town. VERY IMPORTANT: Guests with no reviews need to send a request and not book instantly. From the covered patio with a built in barbeque you can enjoy amazing views over the Lagoon. The house is well equipped with a laundry & dish washer. We are situated a stones throw away from the popular Friday Island and Kokomo beach bar restaurants and only 1km walk to Langebaan Main Beach.
