Beautiful holiday home in Salcombe. A real gem. Surroundings gardens. Private parking for one car. Magnificent views. Seated deck. A very well appointed, spacious kitchen, including Nespresso machine, Nutribullet, open plan with bench seated dining area, large corner sofa, wood burner, Smart TV. Stunning views. Monty's is self contained, delightfully cosy and comfortable and is set on the ground floor of our beautiful barn conversion (we live above). Your lovely private patio has views across the orchard, pond, pretty gardens and surrounding countryside. The perfect backdrop for al-fresco dining. Located in a small hamlet, yet within easy reach of many local attractions such as stunning beaches, coast paths and Dartmoor. The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

Spacious private cottage near the sea and Salcombe

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.

Lovely Studio Apartment with Off-road Parking

Self contained studio apartment with your own entrance at the front of Aloha off the drive. Located in a quiet part of town at the top of the hill, it’s a scenic 10 min walk down to the town where you can enjoy coastal views, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Parking is off-road with additional space for trailer storage by separate arrangement/cost. The room is equipped with a small kitchenette and an en-suite with shower. If you cannot manage the hill, please ask if you would like a lift.

Littl'un is attached to a modern country home in the South Huish Valley less than 1 mile from the beautiful South Milton Sands. Situated on a working dairy farm between Hope Cove and Thurlestone but only 5 miles from Salcombe and 4 from Kingsbridge. This self contained unit has a double bed and small double sofa bed -suitable for a couple, family with up to 2 small children or 3 friends, with plenty of room for a travel cot. There is ample parking & separate private entrance.
