The accommodation is attached to our house but self-contained, comprising sitting room with fold down table & chairs for dining, kitchenette, shower room & bedroom. Private entrance via french doors overlooking the garden & parking on drive. Basic essentials provided. Milk, cereal & pastries for each day & a home made treat on arrival. When you arrive the property will have been empty for 24 hours & will have been fully cleaned & disinfected following the previous guests departure,

The Willows Shepherds Hut

The Willows is a self contained shepherds hut set in the garden of the owners home that backs onto the Norfolk Broads. We are located 30 minutes from Norwich, 30 minutes from Latitude festival, 20 minutes from Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth and 15 minutes from the historic market town of Beccles. Haddiscoe train station is approx. 5 minutes away. This is a perfect quiet getaway with lots of wild life including deer for a solo traveller or couple wishing to escape the busyness of life.

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. INGLOSS-SKIES is a luxury one bedroom barn for 2 adults set in the Norfolk Countryside with far reaching 360 degree rural views. Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

Secret Pod

Hidden away with a view onto the Marshes the pod is a lovely retreat from the world. Its a 4ft wide double bed in a pod with a little sink, a mini fridge and a kettle, there is an air fryer and microwave available if wanted. You have your own little terrace with outside dining space and we have a barbecue available for hire if you want, or you can pop down the pub across the road and sit by the river. Showers & Toilet are 30m from property in shared Block.
