It is located in the heart of the European district and within 15 minutes walking distance from the Grand Place. You will enjoy this apartment, which is located on the second floor of a mansion, close to the "Arts-Loi" metro station, for its brightness, high ceilings and spacious rooms, overlooking trees. There are plenty of shops around. My home is perfect for couples and families (with 1 child). We live in the apartment below, and we will be happy to welcome you to a part of our house.

This completely private duplex, for NON-SMOKERS only, consists of a ground floor with a little private garden, and a basement floor (dressing, bathroom), in a typical Brussels house. The area is NOT TOURISTIC (no nice cafés or restaurants in the close vicinity), but is multicultural and safe. Regional tax is included, no extra charge will be requested. Parking is scarce and very expensive. No washing machine.
