Haddy Cellars is a light and airy 1 bedroom apartment with its own balcony overlooking a tidal estuary. The apartment is situated within the grounds of our family run boatyard in South East Cornwall. The layout is open plan in the kitchen/diner and lounge area. There is an allocated parking space in the car park for the apartment and access to free wifi. Perfect for that intimate getaway with breath taking views on your doorstep, within easy reach of Whitsand Bay, Mount Edgecombe and Fowey.

Simple to access from the A38 or the London mainline - it’s a secret escape near beaches, restaurants, pubs, a 24hr Little Waitrose, farm shop, stately homes and attractions. There is room for two adults and up to two little children (sharing small sofa bed/one in travel cot), or one older child. One night stays are restricted: Max two guests. The location is handy if you enjoy walking, beaches, country parks and fishing villages - or are visiting family & friends or HMS Raleigh, which is nearby. This quiet countryside spot is also ideal if all you want to do is sit and relax.

Church View Cottage is a beautiful house right next door to our home, The Old Rectory, Rame, Cornwall and opposite the ancient Rame Church of St Germanus. We are close to the beautiful wedding venue of Polhawn Fort, five minutes by car 15 minutes walk along the lanes. We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path.
