Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Véritable atelier d'artiste, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. De nombreux peintres ont habité l'immeuble depuis sa construction au 19 ème siècle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

A côté de l’église Trinité, dans un quartier aussi riche sur le plan architectural que historique, à proximité immédiate des Galeries Lafayette, de l’Opéra, des théâtres et des musées, emplacement idéal pour explorer Paris et ses trésors. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée, entièrement revisité par un architecte parisien permettant d’avoir le côté moderne et fonctionnel tout en respectant le charme de la belle époque. Proche des métros, restaurants, bistrots, boulangeries et supermarchés.

Blanche, Pigalle, St Georges Metros on a walking distance (3 to 5'). Check in from 1pm to 3pm... Check out at 11am... But flexible if there's no check in/check out the same day. If you plan to arrive at night, please let us know before reservation.

South Pigalle the top ! clear quiet and neat

The best place to be in Paris, between Pigalle, Montmartre (walking distance) and les Grands Magasins. typical parisian appartment in a typical parisian area...ideal for 1 or 2 persons (with supplement) if you are more than 6,5 and Weight more than 216lb this place is not for you sorry bed is not strong enough. watch out if you need extra heating you need to ask for it (extra charge). red door give onto a corridor and a laundry room.
