Ash Holiday Let at Pathwell Farm

Pathwell Farm has 2 dog friendly self catering holiday lets - Ash (sleeps 4) and Oak (sleeps 2 +2 on a sofa bed). Perfect to rent out individually or together for larger groups. Each let has its own enclosed courtyard. There is a designated 2 acre exercise field. Parking for several cars. The Royal Forest of Dean has miles of very scenic footpaths and fantastic bike tracks. Close by are Chepstow, Monmouth, Coleford, Ross on Wye and the Wye Valley - an “Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty”.

Squirrel Lodge - Hot Tub!

Squirrel Lodge is a pine scented slice of heaven in the Forest of Dean. Well equipped and situated overlooking a meadow and has direct walks into the forest and onto the Bream Heritage Walk. Also an absolute haven for fun seekers with one of the UK’s best cycle trails and downhill mountain bike course, along with abseiling, caving and canoeing. For walkers a wealth of forest trails that will guide you through the forest, take in the sculpture trail or simply take a stroll along the river Wye.

Surrounded by woodland with hilltop views across the Wye Valley to Offa’s dyke, this eco friendly traditional Monmouthshire cottage is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature at its very best. Spend time in the garden listening to bird song and the gentle babbling of the stream or step out the gate to explore Cleddon Falls and beautiful view points along the Wye Valley walk. The medieval village of Trellech and Tintern Abbey are also within easy reach off or on road by foot, bike or car.

Rose Cottage, dog friendly, countryside location

Rose Cottage forms part of the old stable block of the Clanna Country Estate dating back to the 1850's and as such, they combine rustic character with modern comfort. The cottage is both family and doggy friendly. The cottage provides an ideal base for exploring the natural beauty and history of the area while offering a warm and welcoming place to return to after a day of adventure. Guests have shared access to our onsite games room, which includes Pool, darts, ping pong and so much more.

Our beautiful beamed attached cottage complete with log burner is set in over 3 acres of private ancient woodland, in the Forest of Dean near the River Wye. The garden path leads down to a secluded orchard which is a haven for birds, deer & wildlife. The cottage is located in a quiet country lane, with walks to our local pub, The Ostrich Inn and the local town. We are close to all amenities, cycle trails, river activities and the best of what the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley has to offer.

The Old Cider Mill

The Old Cider Mill is a beautifully converted old cider barn set in the wonderfully peaceful monmouthshire countryside. The cottage is a fabulous romantic and tranquil retreat set in one acre of meadow and adjoining spinney. Perfectly situated to explore all the wye valley, and nearby forest of dean, has to offer. This cosy cottage sleeps two guests and has an open plan living area with a woodburning stove. Outside is lovely gravelled courtyard with furniture and off road parking.

Valleyside Annexe

Our annexe is a detached converted garage with living/kitchen area, a separate bedroom upstairs and a downstairs shower room. It has a private entrance with its own patio and outside dining space and beautiful views over the stunning Wye Valley. Plenty of beautiful walks are on the doorstep and there is a village pub, shop, castle and playground less than 10 minutes walk from the property. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Danby Cottage is located in the Forest of Dean. So close to nature there's a good chance of seeing wild deer right outside the front door! Forest walks, cycle paths, parks & pubs are all within walking distance. After a long day you'll be able to sit back and relax in the garden in the summer, or by the log fire in the winter! Our extended cottage has been designed specifically for family living with a large living dining room.
