It has three bedrooms & two bathrooms located downstairs with a kitchen and open planned dining/ living room on the first floor. The glass door opens onto a large balcony looking over fields & a small road leading around the site. The perfect place to listen to the birds & the stream! Please note, no working parties permitted.

The train station in Gunnislake which is only a 10 minute drive away takes you on a picturesque journey to Plymouth. The Barbican and Hoe are a must to visit. The Royal William Yard with the ferry across to Cremyl is also worth a visit.
