Welcome to my apartment in the 3rd district. The flat is a newly renovated, spacious apartment with two separate rooms and full kitchen.(air-con, tv, wifi, etc. are provided). The apartment is fully furnished. You can find everything you need (washing machine, coffee machine, hairdryer, iron, towels, etc.) It takes 15 minutes to get to downtown by direct bus (even during the night). Public transport (buses, tram) to the city center, market, playground, pharmacy, restaurants, are all nearby.

This beautiful new apartman is in a quiet, yet central neigbourhood of Budapest. The apartman looks on a beautiful park with a pond with all windows. The Danube and a beach is just few minutes walk away. The apartman is on the first floor of a 4 storey building. There is a stylish and bright living room and 2 bedrooms. There is a well equipped kitchen and a separate dining room but cafés are also just on the corner. Parking in front of the house. Weekdays : 8-20, 450HUF/h max. 3hours at ones.

Beautiful, modern, bright and newly furnished apartment with balcony in the 13rd district close to the Danube! FREE PARKING in the garage. Lovely and peaceful location, however it has quick access to the city center (Deák square 12 min by metro/no transfer). The metro station is 150 m from the apartment! Free gifts for our guests! It can accommodate 4 people. The air-conditioned apartment has a bedroom for two (king bed - 180x200), a spacious living room with a sofa-bed for two (150x200).

Located riverside in a walking distance from the heart of the city this sunny apartment enjoys dramatic views over the Danube, Margaret Island and the beautiful Buda hills The 8th floor, 68 sqm apartment comprises of two bedrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom and separate toilet. From the living room and a bedroom and its balcony overlooking the Danube and the beautiful park in front of the building. The apartment offers convenient accommodation for up to 6 people. .

Quiet small flat with good connections to downtown

A good choice for those looking to see the sights of Budapest, but prefer to sleep without the bustle of downtown. Direct public transport connection to Metro lines M1 and M2 giving easy access to the whole city. Parking in front of the building is paid, but only two corners (300m) away it is already free. The flat has fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and a bathroom with a bathtub. Internet connection and netflix are included. Multiple shops and restaurants are close by.

Frissen felújított stílusos kis lakás, szuper közlekedéssel, a Deák tér 10 perc alatt elérhető. A ház a metrómegálló mellett van, nagyon könnyű megtalálni. Az utca kellemes, egy sétányban folytatódik, ami kivezet a közeli Duna partra. A lakás első emeleten van, az ablaka a ház belseje felé nyílik, nem hallatszik be utcazaj. Kellemes, nyugodt hely, ahonnan könnyen és gyorsan elérhetőek a város kedvelt részei és folyóparton sétálni, parkba menni, kirándulni is egyszerű innen.

On the 1st floor of the building there is a separate 40 sq. two-roomed apartment with a private terrace( Please read the houserules). We recommend our place for travelers , tourists, small families who are looking for comfortable accommodation in a place that is relaxing, charming, artistic and beautiful. The flat is fully equipped to suit your everyday needs. It is 63 sqm, close to the heart of the Buda side, but in a peaceful area. All attractions such as the Parliament, the Margaret Island, and the downtown area are within 15 mins. It is easy to approach the downtown by bus from our place to Jászai Mari tér where you can change to tram number 2. We'll do our best to make your stay as amazing as possible. NO nanny cams in the property!!

Ebben a jól felszerelt lakásban találsz angol nyelvű könyveket, társasjátékokat is, és sok szép szobanövény lakja, valamint világos, szomszédoktól mentes napsütötte erkélye is van. Becsüld meg és kérlek vigyázz rá :) A háznak lelke van ^-^ érezd jól magad! A társasházban előfordulhat időnként környezeti zaj, melyre nincs közvetlen ráhatásom.

While furnishing the apartment, our main goal was to create a relaxing and calm place to our guests. A place with amenities and a garden view which makes you feel home. In the close area, you can enjoy nice cafés, restaurants, shops and parks. Public transportation is available within 3 minutes walking.
