In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Idealer Standort für Wassersport, Wandern, Radfahren, Klettern, Gleitschirmfliegen, Skifahren und Weihnachtsmarkt. Salzburg und Hallstatt sind in jeweils 40min mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Het appartement heeft een keuken met zithoek en ruime slaapkamer met twee boxspringbedden en een stapelbed. Vanuit de hal kom je bij de badkamer met douche en een apart toilet. Onder het huis is een ruime skikelder met skischoen-drogers en de sauna en zomers kunnen hier de fietsen worden gestald. Rondom het huis bevinden zich voldoende parkeerplaatsen.

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.
