Best bakery in the city! Organic, local, awesome. Try their sourdough bread, chocolate croissants and Burekas (middle eastern savoury pastry). Actually, try everything. I cannot speak highly enough of this place! For for lunch with amazing pizza and unique salad and dip creations.

A Calgary fixture! Fried chicken and corn fritters (eat with honey!) at a great price. I am not a fan of the fries, but maybe you will. :) You can't miss the giant rooster out front!

I like Chicken on the Way, but this place's fried chicken is amazing! And is more expensive. Definitely try their malted milk shake. Again, I didn't like the fries. The coleslaw was unremarkable - go for the biscuit or roasted potatoes as sides.
