Specializes in fresh local ahi and plate lunches. Poke's the best in town. Expect to wait in line, no seating available. About 30-40 minutes drive across town, worth the trip if you are a foodie. Many times we buy the spicy ahi tempura poke bowls (or choose your poke) and end up eating the meal in the car because it's that good. Waipahu: open daily 9am-3pm.

If you are a cheesecake lover, you have to try Otto Cake. The 6" cheesecake is a perfect size for 2-4 people. The place is a hole in the wall but the cheesecake is always freshly baked. We also go there for the velvet cheesecake brownies. Open daily late 10am - 9pm.
Next door is Sconees Bakery, cash only, freshly baked scones and lemon bars. Everything's reasonably priced. Open 6:30am - 4pm.
