Sightseeing
If you come to Warburton, take the time to go and see the Ada Tree. It's a giant Mountain Ash and considered to be one of Victoria's largest living trees. You won't be sorry, it really puts things in perspective. Beautiful bush land, and an easy walk from the carpark. Detailed map in the folder in your room.

Ada Tree WalkIf you come to Warburton, take the time to go and see the Ada Tree. It's a giant Mountain Ash and considered to be one of Victoria's largest living trees. You won't be sorry, it really puts things in perspective. Beautiful bush land, and an easy walk from the carpark. Detailed map in the folder in your room.
This is a beautiful, easy walk along the river, criss-crossing over some iconic swing bridges and meandering past the caravan par, "Little Warburton" and the football oval, and on into "Big Warburton" with the bakeries, shops and cafes. If you're lucky, you might spy a platypus, and on a warm day, you will want to dabble your feet in the tumbling water - if not jump right in when you see the swimming holes .... well, from November to March, that is!

Just a 30 minute drive away, this a beautiful spot for picnics and bush walks.
Just a 10 minute walk up the hill, this walking or biking track winds along the mountains for 40 km. It's a magic place among the tall trees, with a truly amazing atmosphere. Bush walking tracks head off from this main track. You can drive up the hill to a car park and from there, walk as far as you want on the flat track. So you don't have to do any hills unless you want to!
