This is our local pizza place - its 6 minute / 450 metre walk down Bennett Street (and turn left). Their wood fired pizza is excellent (and I love the eggplant parmigiana). Usually open till 10 pm, they also do takeaway and home delivery (come eat on our balcony!). And Monday and Tuesday night is their "all you can eat" for $20.

The Waverley "bowlo" is literally 150 metres / 2 minutes from our front door. It's the closest spot for a cheap meal (think burgers or a chicken schnitzel) and a drinks. It's very casual and relaxed, sport on the big screen and seating inside and out. A good spot to sit and relax if you are waiting to arrive at our place before we get home.

It's very casual and relaxed, sport on the big screen and seating inside and out. A good spot to sit and relax if you are waiting to arrive at our place before we get home.
The "Cloey" is a great local pub. It's near the beach at Clovelly and is also very easy to get to / from on the local 360 bus that stops at our place (runs from Bondi Junction - Clovelly). It has a great atmosphere - there is an outdoor terrace for drinks, great bar area (often with live music), and a lovely bistro area with counter meals - a great roast lunch on a Sunday. (it's a decent 30 - 45 minute walk - or a good stop if doing the the coastal walk) and a 15 minute bus trip (walk there, bus home). Open 7 days for lunch and dinner, and usually for drinks till midnight. Check out their website clovellyhotel.com.au.
