White Memorial's hiking trails are an easy walk through beautiful woods and the conservation land with many boardwalks over the wetlands. It's a wonderful place to watch the wildlife, especially birds and the museum is extremely interesting.

TENNIS, SWIMMING The Park at Nystroms is a ten minute walk from Angel house on the opposite side of Nystroms Pond in Thomaston.
The Park includes a public beach, soccer fields, a baseball diamond,a small playground and new tennis courts.!! My favorite way to get there however is from the paddleboards, kayaks or canoes in my backyard.
